Kizazi HODARI applies Tanzania’s National Integrated Case Management System (NICMS) approach to support individualized and age-specific services for vulnerable children and households. Public RAFIKI-SDO recruitment material identifies the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tanzania (ELCT) as the prime recipient and RAFIKI-SDO as an implementing partner.
