A message from the Executive Director

RAFIKI-SDO’s public profile identifies Gerald S. Ng’ong’a as Executive Director. His welcome message reflects on the organization’s journey since 2005 and recognizes the contribution of partners and communities to RAFIKI-SDO’s progress.

Our successes are not the result of our own efforts alone. They are built with the support of the people and institutions who have walked with us.

Governance architecture

Historical organizational reporting shows a governance chain from the General Meeting and Governing Board to the Executive Director and technical functions including programme coordination, finance, monitoring and evaluation, advocacy and information.
